Getting Started

• Read the Syllabus for your section (tab at left).

• See the Schedule for your section (tab at left). Check it often to find out what happens next!

• The textbook is online: Math in Society, by David Lippman.

• Do the Homework.

• Solutions are available in advance at the Canvas page! Your Homework will be graded for completion and effort. You will need to scan and upload each Homework assignment as a single PDF file in Gradescope. See the Tech Help page for help on scanning and uploading.

• There are weekly mini Quizzes.

• There are three Midterms. See the Schedule for your section (tab at left) for dates. See the Exams tab for the sections covered and old exams for review.
